Honoring Kyra Gupta's Memory

Islander Middle School PTSA is honored to support Kyra’s Hope Foundation as a “Candle Bearer” in the “13 Candles” campaign honoring Kyra’s memory and legacy.

The IMS community is invited to donate in honor of Kyra’s 13th birthday through our dedicated fundraising page: IMS Community Fundraising Page

The goal of the campaign is to raise $130,000 to launch the “Kyra Gupta Research Grant” for Ewing sarcoma research in collaboration with the Sam Day Foundation.

Each Candle Bearer community is working toward a fundraising goal of $2,600 to help advance pediatric cancer research and bring hope to families facing Ewing sarcoma.
