Not Receiving IMS PTSA Newsletters?

If you are not receiving weekly IMS PTSA newsletters or other IMS PTSA communications, you may fall into one of the following categories: (1) either intentionally or unintentionally, you clicked the “unsubscribe” button in one of the communications from IMS PTSA, or (2) your email address was not provided to us from the MISD District which could be due to your signing the FERPA form (i.e. do not share info).

How To Subscribe:

• Login or Register
• Open your “Family Information” Form
• Confirm email address(es) and that your student(s) and his/her/their grade is listed correctly.
• Go to My Account > Update My Account > Subscriptions and select "Subscribe" PTSA Newsletter then "Save Preferences".

If you think you have UNSUBSCRIBED from our newsletter or other IMS PTSA communication or simply need assistance, please contact PTSA VP Communications at communications@imsptsa.org.

Article Submission Guidelines

Submit an Article to editor@imsptsa.org

Article Submission Requirements:

• Write in the subject line for your email: IMS PTSA NEWSLETTER SUBMISSION
• Articles should be brief and factual. Summaries should be no longer than 4 sentences and/or should be comprised of bulleted points for easy reading.
• Must contain Headline, Date, Time, Location, Price (if applicable) and where to go for more information.
• Links to your website are strongly preferred to PDF flyers, forms or applications.
• IMS PTSA Chairs – we are happy to give you a helping hand with attachments/forms. If you would like to create an online form, contact communications@imsptsa.org.
