6th Grade & New Families Pizza Night

Each September, IMS PTSA hosts a pizza feed for incoming 6th grade and new families. All students, parents, siblings, and other family members of 6th Graders and New 7th/8th Graders are welcome to attend. This is a fun event where families are invited to explore the school, meet fellow IMS families and enjoy pizza served by IMS teachers and staff. 8th grade WEB Leaders will also be onsite to meet new families.

WEB (Where Everybody Belongs) is a middle school orientation and transition program, where 8th graders mentor and welcome 6th graders throughout the first year of their middle school experience.

We always ask that you RSVP so we can order enough pizza. Tickets are typically $5 per person, which can be paid online. You will get an email confirmation if your payment was processed successfully. (Remember to click the final “submit” button!) For those who can’t pay online, checks can also be accepted onsite, but we still need an RSVP. Gluten-free pizza will be available.

We also need a few volunteers to help with registration and cleanup for this event - please look for the sign up closer to the event date.

Join us to kick off the new school year!
